Orlando the Oracle

Orlando is a self proclaimed oracle, a fish that can see the future.

Everyone in the tank comes to him for advice, but he's a little of his rocker, so it rarely makes much sense. His total jibberish turns incredibly insightful in the most unexpected of moments. He also has an affinity for playing chess...and losing to household objects.
